We started out the month of April doing some landscaping and yard work. We had concrete curbing done in the backyard and then we filled in all of our flower beds with the same rock that was used in our front yard. I bought Cooper a wheel barrow and shovel that were just the right size for him and he loved helping!
We traveled to the west side of the state for spring break. We visited our friend Cortney in Tacoma, went to the zoo in Seattle, had lunch at Rain Forest Cafe, and even got to pet some horses (Cooper loved petting the horses!).
For Easter we got to spend some time with Lizzy and Becca and went to an Easter Egg Hunt at the Trac, where Carter was given a golden egg to turn in for a prize - a big purple bunny. Neither one of the boys wanted to take pictures with the Easter bunny.
The rest of April was filled with spending time outside in the spring weather, planting our garden, and Cooper losing his 1st tooth!

| Look how loose that tooth is! |
 |
| It practically fell out on its own. Cooper was a champ about the whole thing! He's such a big boy! |

| These two boys are good buddies... just like their Mommies! |
