We decided to buy a house! Here is the house that we are so anxious and excited to get into. It is a Hayden Home, still under construction, on-time to be completed June 16th. It is the perfect house for us. 3 bedrooms, all upstairs, with a giant bonus room that will be great for the kids, and also for us. We will put our pool table, ping pong table, and shuffle board table in there. The house is 2473 square feet, has 2.5 bathrooms, and we just love the open floor plan The lot is HUGE (11,000 sq ft.) and we are already planning out what we are going to do with such a big back yard. The entire neighborhood has pretty much sold, but only a couple families have already moved in. It will be really nice to have all of us be new neighbors at the same time. We have been so fortunate to live for free for the past 4 years (a big Thank You to David's Dad!), but we are ready to have a lot more space to stretch our legs and are so excited to be moving. We will be in the same area as a lot of our friends and less than 2 miles from my parents. Have I mentioned that we are really excited?!

| Cooper put on his rain gear (over his jammies) and begged to go outside and play in the rain. |
| "Mommy I'm not tired! I don't want to take a nap today." |
| This is what we've been waking up to the last couple of days. |
| Not a good way to start the morning. |
| Playing at the gym. |
Carter is growing like a weed. He is 3 and a half months and is wearing mostly 9 month clothes. He's a moose! He is happy most of the time. The only time he isn't happy is when he wants us to put him to sleep. He demands that we walk around, bouncing and humming to get him to go to sleep. He is trying so hard to roll over! He gets to his side and then goes to his back again. He also grabs his feet and reaches for toys. He has found out that he can makes sounds and is experimenting with his screams and high pitched squeals. He is such a ham!
Cooper is still the best big brother. He loves Carter and makes us so proud by how gentle and loving he is towards his little brother. We have taken him over to see the new house a couple of times and he is almost as excited as we are. David took a bunch of pictures while we were in the house and Cooper is a blur in all of them because he was running around like a mad man. He has started to skip a nap some days and generally does really good without one.
Cooper refuses to smile for pictures. Anytime we get out a camera, he runs away hiding his face. I was talking to him about it and he told me that he would smile for pictures if no one was behind the camera. This works for me (for now) because my parents bought us a tripod for Christmas. So we took the camera to the park and set it up yesterday and managed to get a couple great pictures. I was getting a little bummed that we hadn't done any family pictures since Carter was born so I was really glad that we were finally able to get one. I will post some of them on my next posting, along with pictures from last weekend with my family in town.
